Our bespoke gin is made from scratch in small batches in Tasmania. Carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown and internationally sourced botanicals.
The name Three Cuts is derived from the three cuts of rose we distill into our gin. This includes fresh locally grown roses from the Tamar Valley near our distillery.
Layered notes of juniper (organic), coriander, fresh lime, cinnamon bark, a hint of white peppercorn and three cuts of rose makes our gin ideal for creating your favourite cocktail or sipping slowly over ice.

Magpie Distilling Autumn Harvest Gin
A Gin for those who enjoy the bolder flavours of stronger infused botanicals. This Spirit is a marriage of our Dry style Gin and the earthy and acidic flavours of middle eastern Saffron and fresh Orange peel. The forward notes of Saffron and Citrus are finished with clean peppery tastes as the Dry Gin completes its work.
The spicier notes to this Gin allow it to pair well with a sweeter style Tonic such as Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic Water. Garnish with a Dried Orange Slice or a sprig of Thyme
